In the story the "Horseman" may have been Brom Bones in disguise but LOD has dressed it's Horseman in Dragoon uniform. As the Hessian Horseman may have been killed in battle in the early New York campaigns of 1776 near Tarrytown , NY I may paint him as a mounted Jaeger or an infantry officer of a German unit.
