Thank you. I had to find figures that "sorta kinda" looked like the character.
That figure is from a series of MOKAREX plastic French historical figures and it's really Jean-Jacques Rousseau. I don't know if they are available except on eBay anymore. I picked several bags of the series back in the 70s. They also made WW I, Napoleon I and III era personalities besides the 18th Century. I think they came in cans of coffee as prizes.
