I picked them up a while back. These are nice figures in good poses with the added feature of having swop-able hats and caps. While they are meant to be 7 Years War figures, they are close to American War of Independence "Hessians."
You can make units of musketeers, fusiliers, and grenadiers. Officers and musicians will soon be available from HaT. They blend in well with Accurate's AWI figures.

They could be used to build quite a decent army. They all look pretty similar in sculpt style and size

Would you use them in the American theater of SYW ? Say as British troops ?
ReplyDeleteNot me, "A Collector", I try not to paint some figures if I don't have to and these figures just look TOO German to me, mustaches and all.
