Two Mexican army units, Toy Soldier style.

Here are two of my newest Mexican regiments from the era of France's Mexican Adventure. The figures are home cast 54mm with heads from London Bridge. 1" washers are added to the bases for stability . The first unit is the Supremos Poderes Battalion from 1867. The unit was reported to be armed with US Henry Repeating Rifles. 

The ensign and officer are converted old Britains hollow cast figures. 

The next unit is the 2nd Morelia Battalion of the National Guard. 1862.

The officer and ensign are converted recasts of a Britains colonial officer. 

These Vaquero lancers are conversions of Britains castings.
