Occasional postings of things I like that folks may like as well. History,Toy Soldiers, some politics, beautiful ladies past and present.
Far, far better than Morris dancing!
I did see one Morris Dance group, the BELLES I think, that sported 18th Century corsets and short skirts for costumes. Fine healthy young women as well.
Here they are..The Belles of London.http://img.metro.co.uk/i/pix/2010/08/31/article-1283275874102-0AFBAB9B000005DC-997499_466x568.jpgBasically a chemise and corset as costume.
:-D Nice. The dancing has got some wonderfull little medieval/renaissance style touches to it like the holding hands in a circle. I´d love to know what the musik is..excellent.CheersPaul
The music is some Irish thing I'm guessing. I became interested in Czech, Russian and Polish reenacting on the WWW and stumbled on this Wild Western Town tourist destination."Pretty women dancing in bloomers...Honey let's take Grandma and the kids!"
Oh My VERY entertaining !
