Back up, one new tower later. I lost most of my book marks. My advice is to get an external hard drive and back up your pictures, files regularly as I did so I didn't loose much.

Nightmare! I know I don't back up anywhere near as often as I should; really must sort that out. Thanks for the gentle reminder.
