I found two of Replicant's 95th Rifles figures at a show and I just finished painting them.

ReplyDeleteI use the MS "Paint Brush" that comes with Windows. It has a cartoon balloon feature in the tool bar with the shapes. Then I use the text feature that is also in MS Paint. I hope that helps.
