HaT Civil War UNION Infantry

          Here are 24 HaT Union soldiers from 2 set# 1 boxes and 1 set # 2 box. I picked all the figures in Issue "Sack Coats". The original figure's cuff buttons have been removed and any coat buttons more than 4. I used my favorite "Honey Brown" acrylic paint on canteen covers and blankets. It's close to one of the many hues of wool used back then.  I haven't added any unit distinctions or NCO rank yet. I'll have to see if HaT releases a command set with NCOs.

I've added color photos of US  issue gear that are my references.

New HaT Civil War Infantry. (Warning "Scale Creep")

 Two nice new sets of Civil War Infantry from HaT . It says 1/32 scale on the box and should be equal to the old 54mm scale and 2.125". 

I put one new HaT figure next to as many other figures in my collection from other makers and sold as 1/32 scale. 

Yes the new figures are small. 

I'm still going to paint up some more of the new HaT figures. Hopefully HaT will soon add a Command Civil War set.
