I've never seen it..you have never seen it but it appears to have been a running joke for 100 years. Except for the hoop skirt cartoon from England in 1857, it appears to be a French subject for cartoons.
Occasional postings of things I like that folks may like as well. History,Toy Soldiers,some politics, beautiful ladies past and present.
