How much space?
I was wondering how much space 54mm figures take up if set up in a Civil War unit formation. I don't have 1000 figures for a full strength regiment but here's a full strength company. Multiply times ten.
They are reproductions of the Marching figures from the old MARX Civil War Play sets. I was able to get a bunch of them over time. CLASSIC TOY SOLDIERS in the US makes an improved set from the old molds of the Union and Confederate figures from the sets.
Thanks Jubilo, WHY did I put that title in the second picture? I'm supposed to know that stuff. Thanks for pointing that out. I don't have the file closers shown either. I'm going to fix the picture.
very interesting - what figures are they?

ReplyDeleteDear Sir,
ReplyDeleteActually the company is in "column of fours," or "marching by the flank." You and Mannie Gentile are inspirational!
