This one looks small and silly compared to US reenactments but Eastern Europe seems to be the "Mecca" for reenacting everything from Knights to Nazis. Reenacting in general there appears to be a younger and more co-ed group of people than in the U.S. The linked photo album is a source for photos for all kinds of reenactment shots.
