The Pacific War seems to have gotten some interest in the last few years with a few internet sites and photo albums devoted to it. 100s of photos and images are on-line showing the War to have been "colorful" but horrible as usual. The South American don't seem to have a problem with displaying the disinterred bodies of the fallen in the remains of uniforms! It's the dry climate.<br />Reenacting appears to be limited to parade and memorial ceremonies in period dress rather than living history and battle.<br /><br />I'm enjoying your entries as well.<br /><br />ScottScott B.
