More HaT 1/32 scale Civil War Soldiers.

Two boxes of the the #1 set give you 6 marching figures in frock coats and dress or "Hardee" hats.  You'd need 6 boxes to get a respectable unit of this pose.

Hat left off the brass cartridge box plate . I used a few drops of Mod Podge to raise that detail. This worked for me with the eagle badge on the left side of the hat.

The six shirt sleeve figures come from one of the #2 boxes.  I swapped the three kepi heads for hat heads. You can mix these in with the other Confederate figures or make an early war unit in all the same color shirts . Three # 2 boxes will do this. Painting checked shirts is work but I like my results.

These figures are only equipped with haversacks.

You could remove the percussion cap pouches and convert these figures to War of 1812, the Texas War of Independence, or foreign armies like Italy and Mexico where over shirts were worn as uniforms.

Be sure to paint all of the Rifle as Springfields with the short sling that goes to the middle barrel band and all metal a steel color.

HaT 1/32 Scale Confederate Infantry.

18 Figures in shell jackets from 2 boxes of set #1 and 1 box of set # 2.

I used these original examples for the uniform and gear.

Cartridge box and strap with NO brass plates.

Rectangular belt plates existed.

White cotton haversacks and US issue were worn.

Good heads available. Be sure to remove the US cartridge box strap brass plate and the cuff buttons on Confederates.

For some reason HaT only gave the shell jacket figures a canteen or a haversack  each.

No Command set is in the work according to HaT.
